JUNIOR FINANCE OFFICER
We are looking for a suitable candidate to join us as a Junior Finance Officer from February 2023 onwards, for a full-time commitment.
Job Responsibilities: 1) Operate in specific areas of finance and accounting based on SFRS, including Accounts Payable and Receivable and General Accounting. 2) Learning company business processes and providing value-added propositions. 3) Delivering quality data analysis to help improve business process control. 4) Designing business processes for optimal efficiency and productivity. 5) Reconciliation and data entry in testing a new system in various modules such as memberships, loan accounts, HR, etc. 6) Any other duties as specified by the CFO or Finance Manager.
Job Requirements:
1) Minimally 'O' levels with accounting background or Higher Nitec in Accounting or similar fields (e.g. Certified Accounting Technician), or possess a Diploma with a local polytechnic related to banking operations and/or financial technology. 2) Proficiency with using MS Office Applications, especially Excel, familiarity with SAP preferred. 3) Familiarity with various IT applications and project management approach. 4) Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with many interactions with staff. 5) Self-starter with the ability to work independently. 6) Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
