We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our highly motivated team and support our daily procedures. A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all staff, parents, providing administrative support and managing their queries. The main duties include paperwork documentation and filing, interaction with the children, engaging with parents and be working well with the staff members. Job Responsibilities: 1) Attend to phone calls from parents, suppliers, etc. 2) Purchasing of books, stationery, food, uniform, etc. 3) Input data into ECDA CMS website. 4) Preparation of childcare’s financial reports (petty cash, daily collections, school fees, etc.) 5) Liaising with parents on school fees, subsidy forms and any other follow-up matters. 6) Upkeep staff personal file and monitoring of attendance. 7) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Principal. Job Requirements and Skills: 1) Solid knowledge of office procedures. 2) Excellent written and verbal communication. 3) Attention to details. 4) Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
